The Residence

Rebuilt for the way people live now, on the Tour Course

Behind the gates of Weston Hills Country Club, on the Tour Course, this single-story residence was taken down to the studs and rebuilt — walls of glass pulling the fairway and the pool into every main room.

Five bedrooms, one serving as a private office with closet, plus a separate den. The kitchen is built around a quartz waterfall island with Wolf stainless appliances, a pot filler and a floor-to-ceiling pantry. Saturnia marble runs throughout the living areas; new hardwood floors warm the primary suite, which finishes with an oversized Jacuzzi, bidet and custom closets.

Smart-home controls, central vacuum, an in-wall pest-control network, a 2019 roof, new A/Cs and impact garage doors handle the practical side. Outside, a heated pool and spa, a covered lanai with built-in grill, a cabana bath and a fenced garden lot, with a circular drive behind a new entry fountain.

The Community

Inside the gates of Weston Hills

A guard-gated, master-planned community of roughly 2,130 single-family homes built by Arvida between 1990 and 2002, laid out around two Robert Trent Jones Jr. golf courses. Private roads, 24-hour security, lakes, trails and parks — and a private club at its center that residents may join, but are never required to.

Named the most desirable community in Broward and Miami-Dade in an NBC-6 survey, according to the homeowners association.

The Enclave

Princeton

A single court of 34 homes in Central Hills, built 1995–96 and ranging from roughly 3,700 to 4,700 square feet under air. Fairways border the enclave on two sides, making it one of the few sections of Weston Hills defined by golf views rather than water. Number 2508 sits at the heart of it, facing the Tour Course.

The Club

The Club at Weston Hills

Operated by Arcis Golf since 2018, with a renovated 50,000-square-foot clubhouse, the Royal Palm Ballroom, Table Eighty-Nine dining overlooking the fairways, eight Har-Tru tennis courts, pickleball, an aquatics complex and a fitness center. Golf, Sports and Social memberships are offered separately from home ownership, and members enjoy reciprocal privileges across the Arcis portfolio and the TPC network.

Questions buyers ask us about Weston Hills

Is club membership required to live in Weston Hills?

No. The Club at Weston Hills is a private club with its own membership. Home ownership includes the gated community, security and common areas through the homeowners association; golf, racquet, fitness and dining are optional memberships purchased directly from the club.

Who manages the community?

W.H. Maintenance Association, Inc. is the master association, with each neighborhood under its own sub-association — Princeton falls under Central Hills Maintenance Association. Both are professionally managed by Castle Group in Plantation, which handles gate access, exterior modification approvals and leasing.

What does the HOA cover?

Guard-gated entries and 24-hour roving security, private road maintenance, common-area landscaping and the community's lakes, parks and trails. Each sub-association also maintains its own entry features and streetscape. For 2508 Princeton the assessment is $625 per quarter.

Can I make exterior changes to the home?

Yes, with architectural review. Exterior modifications — roofs, paint, pools, fences, generators — are submitted to the association for approval before work begins. We can walk you through the process and typical timelines.

Which schools serve this address?

Gator Run Elementary, Falcon Cove Middle and Cypress Bay High, per the current MLS record. Assignments should be confirmed with Broward County Public Schools before closing.
